We are urgently hiring a Business Development Manager-E-commerce for a full-time remote position.
The ideal candidate will have strong business development and sales experience within a software development company, web development agency, or IT services firm, along with a solid understanding of the E-commerce industry.
You will be responsible for generating leads, managing client communications, closing deals, and building long-term relationships with international clients.
👉 Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold outreach, LinkedIn, email campaigns, and other business development channels
Communicate with international clients professionally in fluent English
Handle client meetings, requirement gathering, and proposal discussions
Build strong relationships with potential and existing clients
Coordinate with technical teams for project understanding and delivery alignment
Achieve monthly sales targets and business growth goals
Maintain CRM records and follow-up pipelines
👉 Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in Business Development, IT Sales, Software Sales, or Client Acquisition within a software development company, web development agency, or IT services firm
Strong knowledge of the E-commerce industry and experience selling custom web development, E-commerce solutions, software development services, or digital products
Experience working with international clients and closing B2B deals
Strong lead generation, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills
Experience with LinkedIn, email outreach, CRM systems, and other business development tools
Knowledge of industries such as Healthcare, Education, Retail, or FinTech will be an advantage
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently in a remote environment
