About the Role
We are hiring a Remote Business Development Manager with experience in ecommerce and software services. You should have experience working in a software house, IT services company, SaaS business, or similar environment.
This role covers the full sales cycle, from prospecting and discovery to proposals, negotiations, closing, and account growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and research qualified ecommerce and software prospects
- Generate opportunities through LinkedIn, email, cold calling, and other channels
- Conduct discovery calls and understand client requirements
- Translate requirements into clear technical documentation for the development team
- Coordinate with technical teams to define suitable solutions and scope
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and commercial offers
- Handle negotiations, follow-ups, and deal closing
- Manage CRM, pipeline, and sales activities
- Grow existing accounts through upselling and cross-selling
- Build long-term client relationships and repeat business
Requirements
- 3–4 years of experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, or Software Sales
- Current or recent experience in a software house, IT services, SaaS, or ecommerce technology company
- Proven experience independently managing opportunities from lead generation to closing
- Strong understanding of ecommerce and software development services
- Experience working with international clients
- Strong English communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to communicate business requirements effectively with technical teams
- Self-motivated and target-oriented
International Market Experience
Experience with USA,Canada, Australia (Europe) GCC or other international markets is preferred.
